"This is my favorite design of the bunch. I wanted him to feel like he's just a step or so removed from Mega Man, and that he could have been the hero of the whole game if things had gone differently. He's extremely fast, agile, and flexible. Note the power outlet designs in his shoulders and kneepads - he's a living generator who can be plugged into the city grid. I'm glad the last of the MM1 Robot Masters goes out on a really high note."
