MMRedesign: Cut Man

For Cut Man, I wanted something small, light, and fast. The legs are built for jumping, the Rolling Cutter is a an energy fan-blade that spins like a boomerang, and the body is more piecemeal and plated (since he's the earliest Robot Master design).
